The SVP are looking for anyone who could advise the individuals and families we support with regards to claiming benefits. Many of these find the process of claiming benefits a difficult one, and we are not sure if they are getting all the support they are entitled to. You will not be asked to join the SVP or attend our meetings, but to be available on an occasional basis, when and as help is needed.
