Dear Parishioners, this weekend I would like to share with you some changes to our daily Mass schedule. Having been here almost a year I have had chance to familiarise myself with OLW and how to best serve the needs of the parish. I will be away for a holiday from 23rd to 31st August and after that the daily Mass will be Tuesday 10am led by the school children, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9.30am preceded by Exposition and Rosary at 9am. This will also help to reduce the congestion outside the Church and Presbytery. My day off will move to Monday. This new daily timetable will be trialled until January and then reviewed to ensure we are still meeting the needs of both parish and school. I have been contacted by the Archdiocese about a replacement for Fr Emmanuel, but negotiations are at an early stage! In football terms the transfer is subject to personal terms and a medical!
